I chose to pursue an MSW because social work encourages a holistic perspective on mental health. The Social Work Code of Ethics emphasizes the value of Dignity and Worth of the Person; this aligns with my beliefs that each person has innate value and autonomy and deserves to feel safe and respected when reaching for support.

My focus is on the frameworks that help us understand our strengths and challenges at different levels. In therapy, there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all approach. When we are working together, we will tailor our approach to meet you where you are authentically as we work to realize the ideal person you are looking to become.  It's a team effort, and we are both in this together!
